Mr. Edwin I. Mustapha (my second immediate older brother) at O.R Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg South Africa. He was on transit from Namibia back to Sierra Leone, after a week long trip to attend a training on SOP's implementation of and Maintenance of ISO 17025 Standards. The training was organized by International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
